Price
Embroidery pricing is based on stitch count and the quantity of items being embroidered. Since every job is customized to your needs and specifications we quote each job individually. You will find our pricing to be competitive. Give us a call.

Delivery Time
Transforming ordinary items of apparel into extraordinary pieces of art takes time. Anticipate 2-3 weeks during normal routine to complete your order. Christmas rush begins as early as October and can affect delivery. It’s a good idea to plan ahead and start early.

Terms
A 50% deposit is required on all orders. Balance due upon pick-up.

Minimum Orders
No minimum. Obviously there are price advantages in buying larger quantities. Our first price break begins at 12 pieces.

Digitizing
Digitizing is the process of converting your logo or design into a computerized embroidery machine file. This is a one-time process, so the file can be used over and over.

Developing a Custom Design
If you have a logo you would like digitized for embroidery you just need to provide us with a copy of the art.

If you need to develop a logo, we have the expertise to assist you. We can create original art or you may combine a stock design with your text.

Using Stock Designs
We own over 13,000 pre-digitized stock designs. There is no digitizing charge for use of the designs we own. If we do not have what you need we have access to thousands more.

Lettering
We offer a collection of lettering styles which can be used alone, or added to a stock design.

Standard Sizes
Hat Front - up to 2" height by 4" width - May vary with style/fabric
Chest or Sleeve - up to 3" height by 4" width
Nape of Neck - up to 3" height by 3.5" width
Back Yoke - up to 3" height by 10" width
Jacket Back - up to 10" height by 14" width
* You do not have to fill these areas, often smaller has more appeal
